Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the arrival date.
All bookings not cancelled by this time will forfeit the deposit of one nights stay.

All accounts are payable on departure or within 7 days of departure for pre arranged charge accounts.

Any change in reservation terms will be treated as a new booking and addition charges may apply.
Any extension to a booking is subject to availability of rooms.
Earlier departure than the reserved date may not result in a refund unless the motel management approve and are able to re-let the booked accomodation.

Early check-in and/or check-out are by arrangement only.
If late departure has not been previously arranged a charge may be made for the first hour - thereafter another day's accomodation will be charged.
